Oct. 8

Police logged 28 incidents, including the following:

Dive team call — Police and Shawano County sheriff’s deputies responded to a vehicle in the lake off of Buss Drive in the town of Wescott. The vehicle was unoccupied, and authorities were investigating how it got into the lake.

Theft — Clothes were reported stolen in the 500 block of East Green Bay Street.

Accident — Police responded to an injury accident in the 1300 block of East Green Bay Street. Police say a 31-year-old De Pere man was westbound on Green Bay Street at Airport Drive when an eastbound 85-year-old Shawano woman turned left in front of the other vehicle and they collided. The drivers were the only occupants. Both drivers were transported to ThedaCare Medical Center-Shawano with injuries that were not life-threatening. The woman was cited for failure to yield the right-of-way.

Disturbance — Police responded to a disturbance in the 400 block of West First Street.

Stabbing — A 36-year-old Shawano woman was arrested for domestic-related substantial battery and endangering safety/use of a weapon (knife) in the 400 block of West Picnic Street. The victim, a 36-year-old Shawano man, was treated and released from ThedaCare Medical Center-Shawano.

Disorderly — Police responded to a lewd and lascivious behavior complaint at the VFW clubhouse, 204 W. Lieg Ave.

Vandalism — Pumpkins were reported smashed in the 400 block of South Union Street.

Police logged 22 incidents, including the following:

Vandalism — A house was reported egged in the 1000 block of East Robin Lane.

Disturbance — Police responded to a disturbance in the 400 block of Prospect Circle.

Trespass — Police responded to a trespassing complaint in the 900 East Elizabeth Street.

Disorderly — Police responded to a disorderly conduct complaint at the Home Plate Cafe, 804 S. Main St.

Juvenile — Police responded to a juvenile problem in the 600 block of East Center Street.

Disturbance — Police responded to a disturbance in the 1300 block of East Lieg Avenue.

Fraud — Police investigated a fraud complaint at Charlie’s County Market, 521 . Main St.

Hit and run — Police investigated a property damage hit-and-run in the 1000 block of East Green Bay Street.

Disturbance — Authorities responded to a disturbance on state Highway 22 in Cecil.

Disorderly — A 25-year-0ld Neopit man was arrested for disorderly conduct on Green Bay Street in Shawano.

Disturbance — Stockbridge-Munsee police responded to a disturbance on Main Street in Gresham.

OWI — A 24-year-old Leopolis man was arrested for operating while intoxicated after a minor accident on Leopolis Road in the town of Herman.

Theft — Authorities responded to a property theft complaint on Partridge Lane in the town of Aniwa.

Disturbance — Authorities responded to a disturbance on Railroad Avenue in Birnamwood.

Accident — Authorities responded to an injury accident on County Road T in the town of Waukechon.

OAR — A 29-year-old Shawano man was cited for operating after revocation and arrested for bail jumping on Lindsten Road in the town of Navarino.

Disturbance — Authorities responded to a disturbance on Tomahawk Lane in the town of Washington.

Theft — Authorities responded to a property theft complaint on River Road in the town of Morris.

OAS — A 27-year-old Clintonville woman was cited for operating after suspension after authorities responded to a reckless driving complaint on state Highway 29 in the town of Seneca.

Disturbance — Authorities responded to a disturbance on Honeysuckle Lane in Tigerton.

Disturbance — Charges of disorderly conduct and battery were referred against a 73-year-old West Bend man after a domestic disturbance on Yakel Court in the town of Wescott.
