OAR — A female juvenile was cited for operating after revocation at Green Bay and Lincoln streets.

Accident — A vehicle struck a deer at state Highway 22 and Lake Drive.

Disorderly — Police responded to a lewd and lascivious behavior complaint at Memorial Park, 909 S. Lincoln St.

Disturbance — Police responded to a disturbance in the 800 block of South Smalley Street.

Suspicious — Police responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint at Oshkosh and River streets.

Suspicious — Police responded to a suspicious person complaint at Walmart, 1244 E. Green Bay St.

Fleeing — The operator of a vehicle fled on foot during a traffic stop in the 1100 block of Waukechon Street. The operator was able to get away, and the matter is under investigation.

Auto Theft — Charges were referred against an 18-year-old Shawano man for operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent, bail jumping and possession of marijuana on State Highway 29 in the town of Waukechon.

Theft — Authorities responded to a property theft complaint on County Road M in the town of Richmond.

Bail Jumping — A charge of misdemeanor bail jumping was referred against a 31-year-old Bonduel man after authorities responded to a reckless driving complaint on Boettcher Lane in the village of Bonduel.

Vandalism — Rocks were reported thrown through a window at the Mattoon Historical Society, 611 Fourth St. in the village of Mattoon.

Disturbance — Authorities responded to a disturbance on Elm Street in the village of Bowler.

Warrant — A 55-year-old Shawano woman was arrested on a warrant on Hidden Pines Lane in the town of Waukechon.

Trespass — Authorities responded to a trespassing complaint on Lake Drive in the town of Herman.

Threatening — Authorities responded to a threatening complaint on Beach Boulevard in the town of Wescott.
