Tough to bring down senior takes on big role

Athlete: Crede Timm

Sport: Football

Positions: Wide receiver

School: Shawano Community High School

Year: Senior

The Shawano Community High School football team’s season has not gone according to plan, but that hasn’t stopped senior Crede Timm from giving it his all. The wide receiver, who also receives plenty of carries in the run game, is tough to bring down, with multiple defenders often needed to get him to the ground.

Crede Timm has been one of the top targets in the passing game for his brother, Gage Timm. In last Saturday’s loss to Xavier, Crede Timm turned in one of his best games of the fall, catching four passes for 90 yards and a pair of touchdowns while also rushing for 62 yards on 15 carries. He also recovered a fumble in the end zone for a score that saved a long Shawano drive from ending in a turnover.
