After trailing by just a point at halftime, the Bears could not keep pace with the Wildcats in a nonconference loss on Thursday.

Parker Bohm again led Bonduel in scoring, converting 11 shots from the field and three free throws for 27 points. Cole Letter added seven points while Isaac Garside and Isaac Boldt each added six.

Green Bay West had three different players tally double figure point totals in the contest.

The Eagles cruised to a Central Wisconsin Conference crossover win over the Panthers behind the duo of Channing O’Kimosh and Senihseah Wayka.

O’Kimosh led Menominee Indian with 21 points while Wayka chipped in 19. The Eagles are now 2-2 overall.

“It was good to get all of our girls some minutes, as we are getting ready to open up conference play,” Menominee Indian coach Michael Skenadore said. “We showed some really good ball movement tonight, and I believe we will need more of that as the season progresses. Our defense is still a bit of a work in progress, but we are showing some improvement there as well.”

Kayla Pecore paced Bowler by scoring 13 points.

Magnum Michonski and Tabitha Breitrick each picked up wins by pin, but it wasn’t enough for the Clintonville/Marion co-op to down the Comets in a Thursday night dual.

Michonski earned a pin in the 145-pound class in 3 minutes, 34 seconds while Breitrick earned her pin in just 46 seconds in the 160 class.

Clintonville/Marion’s Levi Engel (285) and Jetlyn Michonski (126) each lost decisions, while Matthew Skowronski (152) was pinned by his opponent.
